Contractor Requirements
Major work renovations can be conducted during weekdays only.
No Work is permitted on holidays, weekends or during season Nov. 1 - April 1.
Vendor Check in: 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Work Hours: Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The health department has communicated to the association any remodeling will require testing for asbestos - in the popcorn ceiling, drywall and flooring.
Unit Owners are responsible to complete an owner vendor/contractor application 2 weeks prior to any work commencing. Work that requires a permit such as; Windows, New AC, or compressors installations, major unit renovations requires a $1,500.00 escrow refundable deposit.
